  utilities. The known abends have occurred at IRTOPTR + x'1AC8',
  however other similar abends might occur.                   S306

  *                      catalog utilities. Reported abends have *
  *                      occurred at IRTOPTR+x'1AC8'.            *
  *                      Other abends may occur.                 *
  *                      These Abends are occurred by attaching  *
  *                      DFSRRC00 applied the Program Restart    *
  *                      Facility usermod under IMS utilities.   *
  *                      Program Restart Facility does not       *
  *                      support being attached by others.       *
  *                      Applying this fix, PRF will be          *
  *                      automatically inactivated to prevent    *
  *                      abends when a specific IMS utility that *
  *                      attaches DFSRRC00 is executed.          *
