PH44696: DB2 AOC: PANEL ADB21RS COLLECTION ID FIELD IS TOO SHORT

APAR status

Error description

• DESCRIPTION:  On panel ADB21RS, the Collection ID field does not
  show the full collection id value, while the Contoken field is
  taking up more space than necessary. The Collection ID field
  will be extended, while the Contoken field will be moved to page
  2 on the ADB21RS panel.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The length of the Collection ID field   *
  *                      on panel ADB21RS is too short.          *
  ****************************************************************
  Collection ID names are truncated on panel ADB21RS, because this
  field can display only 8 characters.
  
  To solve this problem, the Collection ID field is lengthened (to
  17 characters). Additionally, the CONTOKEN field is moved to
  the second page to provide space for the longer Collection ID
  field, and the Description field is also lengthened.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been resolved.
