PH44683: ALLOW DUPLICATE URIMAPS WITH USAGE(CLIENT) TO BE INSTALLED

Error description

• CICS does not allow URIMAPs with the same endpoint (host, port
  and path) as an existing URIMAP to be installed.
  
  If different CICS applications need to access the same external
  service, and also need to use application specific security
  settings (e.g. certificates or ciphers), then this is not
  possible.
  
  This APAR has been raised to allow URIMAPs with USAGE(CLIENT)
  to be installed when they have the same endpoint as an existing
  URIMAP.

• CICS has been changed to allow URIMAPs with USAGE(CLIENT) to be
  installed even if they have the same endpoint (HOST, PORT and
  PATH) as an existing URIMAP.
  
  These duplicate URIMAPs can only be referenced directly by name
  on the EXEC CICS WEB OPEN and EXEC CICS INVOKE SERVICE commands.
  
  An EXEC CICS INVOKE SERVICE command that does not specify a
  URIMAP on the command, but relied on matching an installed
  URIMAP, will only match the first URIMAP to be installed with
  the required endpoint.
  
  The CICS TS 5.4, 5.5 and 5.6 documentation will be updated to;
   - Indicate that the duplicate URIMAP restriction has been
     removed for URIMAPs with USAGE(CLIENT).
   - Describe the new DFHWS-URIMAP context container that will
     appear as part of a PIPELINE.
