  Problem Description:
  FINPLUS V10.2.0.0 example routing maps expects ALL ISO20022
  messages to include both Business Application Header (BAH) and
  instance Document.
  
  Platforms affected:
  ALL
  

Problem conclusion

• Updates were applied to the FINPLUS V10.2.0.0 routing maps to
  handle cases when a EBA E1S1, T2 CLM, T2 RTGS message admi.007
  is sent with or without a BAH or application header.
  All other messages, the BAH is required to be part of the input
  to the routing maps.

  1. swiftroute_funds.mtt - add new udfsValidation category to
  allow optional BAH within an envelope structure for admi.007
  
  2. Update the following maps
     - e1s11900_deenvelope under e1s1_mx_enveloping.mms
     - t2clm11900_deenvelope under t2_clm_mx_enveloping.mms
     - t2rtgs11900_deenvelope under t2_rtgs_mx_enveloping.mms
