  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Sysplex Management CFRM Policy Editor   *
  *                      enhancement to support comparison and   *
  *                      export to CSV file.                     *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR delivers new functions to support the following:
  1. Select two policies and compare their differences.
  2. Compare what policy data was changed after editing that
  policy.
  3. Select one policy and export that policy data into two CSV
  files - one for CFs and another for structures.
  4. Select multiple CFs and export that CF data into one CSV
  file.
  5. Select multiple structures and export that structure data
  into one CSV file.
  
  The following issues are fixed:
  1. Inconsistent behavior between deleting a CF after selecting
  it in the CF table and deleting a CF without selecting it in the
  table.
  2. A CF that is related to only one structure can be removed
  from the preference list of the structure.
  3. A user can rename or copy a policy that is being modified in
  the opened policy editor.
  
  The following changes are added:
  1. The policy name input field is disabled in the policy editor
  except when you initially create a new policy.
  2. SPOF warning enhancement in the structure editor and CF
  editor for handling the case that only one CF exists in the
  structure's preference list.
