    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR. *
    ****************************************************************
    This APAR enables OSC to detect DBD changes that are not
    allowed by IMS Online Change process in initialization phase,
    rather than ending with Online Change error in takeover phase.

    OSC has been changed to end with error in initialization phase
    under the following conditions;
    - IAREA=ALL and OAREA=ALL are not specified when the STAGE
      attribute of the randomizer is changed
    - IAREA=ALL and OAREA=ALL are not specified when the number of
      RAPs for an area was changed but the randomizing module is an
      1-STAGE randomizer
    - The area being changed is not specified in IAREA and OAREA
      keywords

    Also, OSC has been changed to display '(2-STAGE)' in the
    RANDOMIZER field of DBD Definition report when the randomizing
    module is a 2-STAGE randomizer. This allows users to recognize
    a change in the STAGE attribute of the randomizer.
