Error description

• The administrative console 'All Servers' page (Servers > All
  Servers) does not render correctly when non-default preference
  values for filter function and maximum rows are defined when
  the list of servers to be displayed is greater than 20. The
  first results page will always list 20 servers and subsequent
  result pages carry some duplicates of what prior pages
  displayed.
