• Intermittently the FPA ANALYZE job will end with ABENDU3010
  due to an open failure of the HFPSnnnn DD data sets.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Intermittently the FPA ANALYZE jobs     *
  *                      abended with U3010 or S0C4, or          *
  *                      incorrectly reported pointer errors or  *
  *                      key sequence errors.                    *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  The FPA ANALYZE function may incorrectly assign the same DDNAMEs
  to the intermediate work data sets for different areas that are
  being processed parallelly, which results in different error
  symptoms.
  The FPA ANALYZE function doesn't clear the work area that is
  used to store the RAP RBAs, when the areas are not processed in
  ascending order, FPA ANALYZE function may incorrectly report key
  sequence error.
  

Problem conclusion

• The FPA ANALYZE function has been changed to assign the DDNAMEs
  to the intermediate work data sets correctly, and clear the
  work area for the RAP RBAs when it starts to process a new area.
