Error description

• In FASTUNLOAD syntax with format comma-delimited, BIGINT values
  are not unloaded in a readable format like other numerical
  values. They are unloaded in hexadecimal (length 8) instead.
  The BIGINT case is not handled in the code.
  To reproduce this error: unload a tablespace containing a
  BIGINT column with the FASTUNLOAD syntax with format
  COMMA-DELIMITED.
