  When an EJB application contains a remote interface with
  multiple methods by the same name, but where at least one method
  name has a different case spelling and two methods have the same
  case spelling but different parameters, then the below error may
  occur either when the application starts or is used for the
  first time. This is due to the just-in-time deployment of the
  tie class used for EJB remote interfaces being generated
  incorrectly.

Problem conclusion

• The just-in-time deployment code has been updated to ensure
  duplicate methods are not generated for the tie class. Just-in-
  time deployment occurs at runtime, so EJB applications do not
  need to be rebuilt nor re-deployed.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix packs
