• Three items addressed:
  1. Forward Fit of APAR's PH43177 and PH43815 from IMS
  Performance Analyzer V4.4.
  
  2. Monitor report, Program Trace report, may truncate some field
  values at 999.99 when actual values are larger.
  
  3. Additional fields SCHEDTYP and MODE are added to form-based
  reporting.
