• Missing SET TERMINATOR for CREATE TRIGGER when Compare creates
  both basic and advanced triggers

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using Object Compare to add basic  *
  *                      and advanced triggers to a target,      *
  *                      the generated statements fail with      *
  *                      a -104 SQL error due to a missing       *
  *                      SET TERMINATOR statement.               *
  ****************************************************************
  When Object Compare adds basic and advanced triggers to the
  target as part of the same change, the generated statements are
  missing a SET TERMINATOR statement before the CREATE TRIGGER
  statements for basic triggers. Therefore, the new terminator for
  the CREATE TRIGGER statements is not explicitly set. This
  situation results in a -104 SQL error.
