  IRLM enhancements to support application level Timeout interval
  setting via special registers, local profile support for
  setting Deadlock Resolution Priority and supporting long client
  names displayed in DSNT375I and DSNT376I messages.

• This APAR provides multiple enhancements.
  1. Application level Timeout processing where a timeout
     interval is set using SET CURRENT LOCK TIMEOUT
     statement. Any application level timeout setting will
     override Db2 z parm IRLMRWT setting internally for certain
     transactional type locks.
  2. Db2 messages DSNT375I and DSNT376I will include additional
     information in the extended message if Special Registers
     were used in Db2 vNext to override the timeout values.
     Please refer to Db2 vNext documentation for additional
     details about these messages.
  3. Db2 messages DSNT375I and DSNT376I will include userid,
     transaction and workstation name without truncations.
  4. Support online zparm IRLMRWT change for timeout for a
     Db2 subsystem.
  5. Support for Db2 profile table setting for setting Deadlock
     resolution priority via SQL statement
     SET SYSIBMADM.DEADLOCK_RESOLUTION_PRIORITY
  6. Ability to dynamically alter the CF lock structure SIZE to
     handle spike in locking requests and shortage of CF Record
     List Entries (RLEs).
  
  This APAR changes the IRLM function from 40 to 50. IRLM status
  commands will show the new function level as 3.050 in the
  output. Applying this APAR to all members of the group could
  also result in an upgrade in the IRLM group function level to
  3.050.and would trigger an IRLM CF lock structure rebuild.
