Error description

  • Attempting to use the tx-rest.jar file deployed to IBM WebSphere
Liberty server on z/OS results in the following exception:

    java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
    com.ibm.websphere.dtx.dtxpi.MException

The cause of this exception is that the JAR files that are
required to hook into the ITX libraries (DTXPI.JAR, m4JAVA.JAR,
etc) are corrupted on the distributed version on the z/OS
platform. This does not appear to affect any other platform
    (including zLinux).
