PH43669: EGL DEBUGGING ENDS WHEN EXECUTING CONTINUE CLAUSE IN FOREACH BLOCK

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• EGL debugging terminates when executing a continue clause in a
  forEach block.
  
  
  The same loop executes to completion as expected via Java
  runtime and this defect is observed only in the latest fixpacks
  for our streams ie RBD 9601 and 9512.
