Error description
After upgrading to WebSphere Application Server 8.5.5.20, the cipher list chosen in the SSL Configuration may not reflect the actual list used during a TLS handshake.

Problem conclusion
Change the code to use the Supported cipher list instead of the enabled cipher list in the runtime. The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.22 and 9.0.5.12.
