Error description

• ATF input files are created as extracts from an ATF log stream.
  During the extract process residual data may be present at the
  end of the block. IMS PA is attempting to process the residual
  data as an input record and reading past the end of the block,
  resulting in an ABENDS0C4.                                 S0C4

Problem conclusion

• Strengthen bounds checking when processing ATF input files
  to ensure that de-blocking of the ATF records does not
  result in reading past the physical end of the block.
