Error description

• ABEND0C4s occur with distinct PSWs in  CSQ0KRPT / CSQ0KRUP.
  Both of the 0C4 abends are occurring when executing an UNPK
  instruction. The abend is occurring when trying to gather
  diagnostic data for a failed storage obtain call

  information about the failure.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been corrected so the 0C4 abends will no longer
  occur.
