APAR status

Error description

• When policies are UN-installed, the memory that was allocated
  during policy install is not released. In an environment where
  many policies are installed and uninstalled, this can lead to a
  memory shortage and a S878abend.
  When operating in FAIL-OVER mode, when the primary appliance
  becomes unavailable, the policy is not read from a secondary
  appliance. This is inconsistent with the operation of the other
  z/OS STAPS.
