PH43358: OBJECT COMPARE GENERATES CREATE UNIQUE INDEX STATEMENT MISSING 'ENDING AT' CLAUSE FOR PARTITIONS SQLCODE = -660

Error description

• When DDL is being imported to create objects. The CREATE UNIQUE
  INDEX DDL statement is missing the ENDING AT clause for
  partitions.
  
  The statement is accurate when importing the change, but after
  the analyze is run the generated statement is incorrect. The
  execution of this statement fails with SQLCODE -660:

           CANNOT BE CREATED OR ALTERED ON

  When importing and analyzing a change that adds a unique index
  with partition limits specified, the generated DDL is missing
  the ENDING AT clause after the partition number. This omission
  causes the work statement list (WSL) to fail with SQLCODE -660.
  Db2 Admin Tool should correctly generate the statement for the
  WSL so that it executes without error.
