Error description

• Db2 Administration Tool command DET or BET (package details) is
  issued against a package selected by catalog navigation. Under
  certain conditions, the command or batch job fails with a system
  ABEND 0C4 or a user ABEND 4083 (LE error recovery). The DET or
  BET command is successful when run against other packages in the
  Db2 catalog.

  When using DET or BET line command on a package, the command
  ends with an error:

  ADMIN should check length condition before allowing data
  to overwrite storage and put out debug data if erroneous
  length is given.
  
  The reported problem only occurred with some packages created
  with Db2 V10.
  

Problem conclusion

• When a problem like this occurs, changes were made to print some
  debug data and then end the command.  When this condition is
  encountered, collect the diagnostic data and open a problem
  record with product support.
