  The compiler does analysis to simplify its internal state when
  CICS exception handling is used. The analysis corrupted the
  compiler's internal state so the compiler aborted rather than
  continue when the problem was detected.

• The compiler was fixed to correctly maintain its internal state
  when analysing CICS exception handling.
