APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • The Elapsed Time shown in the Summary page of the Web Analytics
    Performance Report is 0:05:26 (five minutes and 26 seconds).
    When I do Share->Export Session to HTML for the same playback,
    the resulting exported HTML report shows the Elapsed Time as
    0:05:15.  The same problem is seen for every playback.
    
    Similarly, if I use Share->Executive Summary, the summary will
    display different values depending on whether I select "View on
    another tab or page of the browser" or "Save as an HTML file on
    the local computer".  If I pick "View on ..." then the Elapsed
    Time will be 5:26 but if I  pick "Save as an ..." then the
    Elapsed Time is 5:15.
    
    The difference in Elapsed Time affects calculation of the
    various Throughput measurements (Page Throughput, Server
    Throughput, Transaction Throughput, ...).
