  (1) FPEY0509W messages with SQLCODE
   -64004 printed in explain report
   output and missing data.
  
  (2) Long fields from header truncated
   when ACCOUNTING REDUCE is executed.
  
  (3) KO2O0952E OBTAIN > LIMIT message
   followed by S003 and S0C4 abends.

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF                       *
  ****************************************************************
  (1) When explain is run against a package with a large number of
      host variables, the default host variable buffer allocation
      is too small, causing FPEY0509W messages to display in
      explain output and data INCORROUT.
  
  (2) Short fields were erroneously copied over the long fields
      during ACCOUNTING REDUCE processing.
  
  (3) With this PTF, Classic OMEGAMON storage acquisition is no
  longer limited to 16Meg.
  

Problem conclusion

• (1) Internal host variable buffers is increased to allow
      handling a large number of host variables without errors.
  
  (2) Code logic is updated to avoid long field truncation during
      ACCOUNTING REDUCE.
  
  (3) OMEGAMON Db2 will use whatever storage is available to
      satisfy the storage acquisition requests instead of using an
      arbitrary 16MB limit.
