Error description

• Internal Resource Usage Reports (IRUR) CSV extract dynamic
  allocation for extract data set(s) fails with message:
  "IKJ56231I TEXT UNIT X'0002' CONTAINS INVALID PARAMETER"
  The IMSID is obtained from the IMS x'4001' record, if this value
  is missing or invalid, then the data set allocation fails.

Problem conclusion

• 1. The IRUR CSV extract allocates data sets with low-level
     qualifiers of <IMSID>.<POOL ID>. The IMSID is obtained from
     the IMS x'4001' record, if this value is missing or invalid,
     then the data set allocation fails. This APAR validates the
     IMSID passed to the extract routine which does the dynamic
     allocation, if the IMSID is not valid then the value derived
     from the log input DDname will be used instead.
  
  2. Timestamps are adjusted for both TZO and LSO values from the
     IMS x'4500' record. The adjustment value for LSO is now taken
     from the ST4500_ADJVL field rather than the ST4500_LSO field.
