Error description

• Removing partition(s) using the ALT line command does not
  register the correct Limit key(s) in Change Management.
  
  Also, when the table is archive-enabled, the partition list
  adjustment includes the change for the corresponding archive
  table, but the user of the ALT line command may opt to not
  change the archive table.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Removing partition(s) by using the ALT  *
  *                      line command does not register the      *
  *                      correct limit key(s) in Change          *
  *                      Management.                             *
  *                      In addition, when the table is          *
  *                      archive-enabled, the partition list     *
  *                      adjustment includes the change for the  *
  *                      corresponding archive table; however,   *
  *                      the user might not want to change the   *
  *                      archive table to ensure that all data   *
  *                      is preserved.                           *

  1. The ALT line command allows dropping the partition(s) with
  the correct limit key(s).
  2. The ALT line command adjusts partition(s) for the
  archive-enabled table and the archive table independently.
