Error description

• Monitor List Registration utility cannot handle AD repository
  which is just defined. It fails to add a database to the monitor
  list with messages IAV8061E and IAV8020E.

  Monitor List Registration utility cannot handle AD repository
  which is just defined. As the result, it's failed with IAV8061E
  and IAV8020E to add database to monitor list.
  AD ISPF Client initializes AD repository before adding a
  database to the monitor list, if it's not initialized for the
  monitor list.
  

Problem conclusion

• The module IAVBMLAD has been modified to initialize AD
  repository before adding a database to the monitor list, if it's
  not initialized for the monitor list.
