Error description

• Column ACT_INACT_DBATS in tables DB2_SYSTEM_T and
  D_DB2_SYSTEM_H does not reflect a MAX value in the column name
  as other columns do in those tables.

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF(s).                   *

  All columns in the tables DB2_SYSTEM_T and D_DB2_SYSTEM_T
  and _H tables use MAX as part of the column name to indicate
  a maximum value. The column name ACT_INACT_DBATS does not
  include the word MAX which is misleading to the user.
  

Problem conclusion

• IBM Z Decision Support and IBM Z Performance and Capacity
  Analytics is changed to alter the column name of
  ACT_INACT_DBATS to ACT_INAC_DBATS_MAX.
