  IMS Database Recovery Facility (DRF) provides the following
  support:
  - "ICNOTIFY(DRF)" parameter can be specified also when the
  OUTOUT option is other than PRO or BOTH. (That is, for
  OUTPUT(DUP), OUTPUT(ICR) and OUTPUT(ICRCA).)
  - If ICNOTIFY(DRF) is specified, IMS HP Image Copy(HPIC) is not
  issue the NOTIFY.IC commands to DBRC for the generated image
  copies. Instead, DRF requests the DBRC once for NOTIFY
  processing for all the generated image copies.
  This can reduce the load by the DBRC NOTIFY.IC commands when
  many image copies are generated in one DRF Job.
  
  This APAR also includes additional modifications for the
  USEUICLAST and USEUICTIME parameters. (There is no change in
  external specifications.)
