Error description

• This Roll-up APAR addresses the following issues:
  * Displaying of messages in FEC@CAFA was fixed to avoid long
  messages being truncated
  * S99DASUP flag support was added to dynamic allocation
  functionality
  * Multi-volume data sets processing was fixed to return the
  correct list of volumes
  * Control file processing updates
  * DSNHDECP alternative name support for CAF
  * Data-sharing members information extraction from BSDS was
  added
  * Zeroing of access registers was added to FECUNIGT to avoid
  possible S0E0-28 abend
