  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * This Db2ZAI APAR delivers fixes and                          *
  * enhancements for Db2ZAI version 1.4:                         *
  * - Fixed the false alarm in distributed                       *
  * connection control (DCC) alert                               *
  * notifications.                                               *
  * - Modified DCC to reuse the profile                          *
  * ID when DCC training is reactivated.                         *
  * - Updated the DCC stored procedures                          *
  * and functions to generate the DCC                            *
  * scorecard correctly.                                         *
  * - Enhanced the work periods to use a                         *
  * 24-hr format and made them easier to                         *
  * edit.                                                        *
  * - Updated the update.sh and install.sh                       *
  * scripts to add the services directory                        *
  * for the Db2ZAI home directory.                               *
  * - Fixed a bad link on the SQL metrics                        *
  * page.                                                        *
  * - Fixed the duplicate static package                         *
  * recommendations on the SQL metrics                           *

  * - Corrected the issue that was causing                       *

  * under the DCC priority page actions                          *

  * the scheduler ID got switched with the                       *
