  1- SQL Capture issued the diagnostic message 'Parameter index
  87 is out of range' because SHRINK_MEMFULL is not a supported
  parameter. But this message is a diagnostic message and should
  be printed only if Capture is invoked with the DEBUG parameter.
  2- QCapture abended with ASN0569E error after certain workload
  surges and large messages.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1- SQL Capture should print diagnostic messages only if it is
  started with the DEBUG parameter.
  2- Fixed SIGSEGV problem and introduced two new CAPMON counters
  for troubleshooting
  ASNCLP was not updated.
