  * 1.when there is pagination(OFFSET N                          *
  *   ROWS) in the query.                                        *

  * 2.when there is FETCH FIRST N ROWS                           *
  *   clause in the query and the N is                           *
  *   a parameter marker or a host                               *
  *   variable.                                                  *

  Before this apar, SQLCODE -4742 with reason code 11 will be
  returned when trying to offload a query with the following two
  features to IBM Db2 Analytics Accelerator V7:
  1.when there is pagination(OFFSET N
    ROWS) in the query.
      SELECT * FROM T1
      ORDER BY C1
      OFFSET 10 ROWS;
  OR
  2.when there is FETCH FIRST N ROWS
    clause in the query and the N is
    a parameter marker or a host
    variable.
      SELECT * FROM T1
      ORDER BY C1
      FETCH FIRST ? ROWS ;
  This apar will support offloading of the above two kinds of
  queries successfully to IBM Db2 Analytics Accelerator V7.

Problem conclusion

• With this apar, query with pagination(OFFSET N ROWS) or query
