Error description

• Problem happens when browsing Classic OMEGAMON Thread Activity
  panel ZINACT (Inactive Threads) when the number of inactive
  threads is very large (several thousand).

  Error message KO2O0952E followed by a S003 and S0C4 abend is
  returned in OMEGAMON Db2 Collector when trying to retrieve and
  display a large number of inactive and/or idle Db2 threads.
  

Problem conclusion

• With this PTF, the OMEGAMON Db2 Classic interface will use
  whatever storage is available to satisfy storage acquisition
  requests instead of using an arbitrary 16MB limit.
