Error description

• The new function is to support the comparison of DBD and PSB
  resources between the IMS Directory and the IMS Catalog
  database.

  IMS Administration Tool can compare DBD/PSB resource instances
  between ...
  - IMS directory and IMS catalog database
  - Backup of IMS directory and IMS catalog database
  
  In addition to active or staging,
  inactive (when ACBMGMT=ACBLIB only) or obsolete status can be
  used for IMS catalog database.
  
  Also, IMS compare function is moved to Database and
  Application Administration.
  
  Apply PH43839 to IMS Library Integrity Utilities to use compare
  DBD/PSB between IMS directory backup and IMS catalog DB.
