PH41784: IP ADDRESS FOR ZERT COMPONENT IS CALCULATED INCORRECTLY

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• LOCAL_IP_ADDR & FOREIGN_IP_ADDR in the zERT component are not
  showing an IP address in decimal digit it is showing up in hex.
  The function IPCONV only works on taking the last 4 bytes of the
  16 byte space and converting it into an IPv4 IP address. In the
  SMF 119 type 12 records the IPv4 address is in the first 4 bytes
  of the 16 byte field. IPCONV needs to be altered to reflect this
  difference.
