PH41745: "I" LINE COMMAND INDEX WITH LOW CLUSTERRATIO CLUSTERING RATIO 0: NO STATS MISLEADING AND INCORRECT

Error description

• On interpretation panel ADB21XI1 ('Interpretation of an Object
  in SYSINDEXES'), the Clustering Ratio for an index with a low
  CLUSTERRATIO is shown as '0: no stats', but that is incorrect.
  The index has a very low CLUSTERRATIO ( less than 1 percent),
  but it is not zero, and 'no stats' is incorrect.

  *                      ratio (less than 1 percent), panel      *
  *                      ADB21XI1 has the following value        *
  *                      for clustering ratio: "0:No stats"      *
  *                      This value is not correct; the index    *
  *                      does have a clustering ratio, but Db2   *
  *                      rounds the value to 0.                  *

  For indexes that have a very low clustering ratio (less than 1
  percent),  the interpret (I) line command for index panel ADB21I
  shows the following value for the clustering ratio:
  0:No stats
  This value is incorrect, as the index does have stats and a
  clustering ratio. The panel should show value "<1" to signify
  that although Db2 puts a 0 into the integer version of
  clustering ratio, the index does have an actual clustering
  ratio.
