PH41571: ECSA GROWTH WITH QCF BATCH RUNNING

Error description

• When running QCF batch, module IQCCCVC0 gets storage in ECSA for
  an SPST and does not release it.  This results in ECSA
  consumption that is not resolved until IMS is recycled.

  When running QCF batch, QCF issues the DFSCWU FUNC=CWU macro to
  generate a new Work Unit. This macro creates some control blocks
  (ex. PST) in ECSA. QCF does not release the Work Unit at the
  termination of the task, so the Work Unit waits as inactive.
  Therefore, every time running QCF batch, the waiting Work Unit
  increases and the ECSA grows.
  

Problem conclusion

• QCF has been changed to issue the DFSCWU FUNC=DRWU macro.
  The Work Unit is released by the dispatcher at the termination
  of the task.
