PH41547: LIU UNDER IMS ADMINISTRATION TOOL MAY FAIL TO DECODE ACB FROM IMS CATALOG DATABASE

Error description

• LIU under the IMS Administration Tool may fail to decode ACB
  from IMS catalog database with message FABX0533W even when the
  selected ACB is in the IMS catalog database.
  The problem is occurred when LIU misses to merge internal DBD
  and PSB member name lists and LIU cannot find member name from
  the merged name list.

  This APAR fixes the IMS Library Integrity Utilities under the
  IMS Administration Tool not to fail to decode ACB from IMS
  catalog database.
  The utility creates internally used DBD and PSB member lists
  from IMS catalog database and uses them to verify that the
  member name specified in the ISPF panel of IMS Administration
  Tool exists in the list. The utility failed to create an
  alphabetical merge list. As a result of this, the utility
  fails to find the member name from the list and issues
  MSGFABX0533W even when the member exists in the database.
  
  The utility is fixed to create expected internal member list
  and the utility will find the specified member.
