PH41529: ABEND AKEF OCCURS AFTER DFHRL0122 MESSAGE ISSUED WHEN RESOURCE RECREATION FAILS

Error description

• In a CICS TS 5.6 region, when the region is restarted it will
  try to recreate the bundle resources.  If for some reason the
  bundle resource fails to be re-created, a DFHRL0122 message is
  issued:
  
  DFHRL0122 E applid The CICS resource lifecycle manager failed to
  re-create the resource EYUNL0182W for bundlename resource
  bucket.
  
  This leads to an AKEF abend occurring in the region when
  trying to take the dump for the above message.

Problem summary

  When a CICS TS 5.6 region is WARM started it attempts to
  recreate bundle resources during catalog initialisation.
  
  If the manifest location (that a bundle points to) has changed
  since CICS was last running, messages DFHRL0116 and DFHRL0118
  are issued and the bundle resource is removed from the catalog.
  Then message DFHRL0122 is issued and a RL0002 SDUMP is taken.
  
  This can lead to an AKEF abend with DUMPCODE: KERNDUMP
  occurring in the region when trying to take the RL0002 dump.
  
  CICS terminates.

Problem conclusion

• DFHDUTM has been changed to allow a response of KERNERROR. This
  stops the AKEF error and allows the RL0002 SDUMP to complete.
