Error description

• Attempting to change the location of the CEMT P JVMSERV(xyz) JVM
  GATHER DIAGNOSTICS output using the following value:
  
  DIAGS_TEMP_DIR=&CONFIGROOT;/../work/diagnostics/archives/&APPLI
  D;/&JVMSERVER;
  
  Caused the message:
  
  DFHSJ0937 Date Time Region Failed to gather diagnostics
  information for JVM server JVMNAME.
  
  The directory structure for DIAGS_ARCHIVE_DIR is automatically
  built while the directory structure for DIAGS_TEMP_DIR needs to
  be prebuilt or else the process fails.

  DIAGS_TEMP_DIR option has been set within the JVM Profile to
  change the temporary directory that the GATHER DIAGNOSTICS
  command uses.
  
  When the command is issued it expects the temporary directory
  to exist.
  
  If the directory does not exist the command will fail with
  message DFHSJ0937 issued. The referenced trace file in the
  message will not be created.
  

Problem conclusion

• CICS has been updated to create DIAGS_TEMP_DIR if it does not
  exist.
