Error description

• If a configuration control statement in a DD:CHCCNTRL data set
  member is coded with a syntax error, then all coded
  configuration keywords for the configuration control statement
  in that data set member will be ignored, and the default values
  for the ignored keywords will be used instead.
  

Local fix

• Correct any syntax errors in the configuration members.

Problem conclusion

• The configuration parser logic has been improved to continue
  loading the valid configurations when unexpected end of file
  issue occurs. The related messages have been reworded to be less
  confusing.
