• This APAR enables the Smart Reorg utility to create image copies
  and unload data sets even when CRSS determines that
  reorganization is unnecessary. For that, two new control
  statements are added:
  1. CRIC=ALWAYS
     Creates image copies of all database data sets or all HALDB
     partitions regardless of whether reorganization is needed or
     not.
     To specify the CRIC control statement, you must also specify
     the CONDREORG=YES and IC=YES.
  2. CRUNLOAD=ALWAYS
     Creates an unload data set. For HALDB, data from the entire
     database is included in the unload data set.
     The DFSURGU1 DD statement is required for the unload data
     set.
     To specify the CRUNLOAD control statement, you must also
     specify CONDREORG=YES.
