Error description

• When running PCT for IIS on Windows, the path provided to the
  ANT script may contain a space which can cause a failure
  resulting in this error.
  The syntax of the command is incorrect.

Problem conclusion

• The ant script as been corrected to deal with path parameters
  containing a space.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
