Error description

• An Alter to an XML tablespace results in a REORG to both the
  base and the XML TS. In order to materialize the changes only a
  REORG to the XML TS is needed.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: An extra REORG utility operation is     *
  *                      generated when altering an implicit XML *
  *                      or LOB table space.                     *
  ****************************************************************
  An ALTER operation to an implicit XML or LOB table space
  generates two separate REORG statements. One is for the base
  table's table space and the other is for the implicit LOB or XML
  table space. The REORG for the base table's table space is not
  needed.
