Error description
If the option "Workbench and agent communication is encrypted using TLS/SSL" is enabled (in Preferences->Test->Server), a playback with an agent running a test that uses a dataset will report "Stopped by Error Handling". The Test Log will contain an error similar to: com.ibm.rational.test.lt.kernel.KError occurred in <DatasetName.csv>. Message: Unable to get dataset Unable to get dataset

Do not use "Workbench and agent communication is encrypted using TLS/SSL" option if datasets are being used.
