Error description

• When the parmlib parameter VUU030/ULOPTNS contains
  DB2_SETTINGS_SOURCE(DSNHDECP), an unexpected termination may
  occur with reason code 0x120a003 and message INZU020E. As it is
  due to memory overlay, there is no specific condition to get or
  avoid this issue.
