*                      Facility to specify the "ILDS INITONLY" *
*                      parameter of IB.                        *

* RECOMMENDATION: INSTALL CORRECTIVE SERVICE FOR APAR/PTF      *
****************************************************************
IMS Database Recovery Facility (DRF) provides the following
support:
- The IMS Index Builder (IB) parameter "ILDS" can be specified
in the DRF Utility control statements "UTILGBL( )" and
"ADD IB( )".
- It can also be specified by an environmental control member.
