PH41128: GEN IN TSO MODE ON CATALOG COPY FAILS AND DOES NOT GENERATE DDL WHEN REBIND = N

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• GEN is failing and the DDL is not generated when all of the
  following conditions are met:
  
   - User has switched to a catalog copy
   - GEN is invoked via the GEN line/primary command
   - REBIND PACKAGE is set to N
   - Execution mode is TSO
  
  Example error:
  
  SQL DD statement missing and generate DDL and/or
  generate stats  requested.
  ERROR condition was raised
