  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: MSG ATY3130E and ATY3131E are issued    *
  *                      when IMS subsystem is registered to IMS *
  *                      Administration Tool.                    *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  When a user attempts to register IMS subsystem at Setup and
  Administration, registration fails with messages ATY3130E and
  ATY3131E. The error reason is DBD, PSB, and IMS MACRO libraries
  are not specified correctly in the DBDGEN and PSBGEN members in
  IMS PROCLIB. IMS Administration Tool discovers the data sets
  automatically to use them in some functionalities, however, it
  does not require the data sets in IMS Command Processor.
  

Problem conclusion

• IMS Administration Tool has been modified to register IMS
  subsystem information even if the following data sets do not
  exist.
   - DBD library
   - PSB library
   - IMS macro library
   - ACB libraries under IMS managed ACBs environment
  These data sets are checked at each function as necessary.
